How to Crop a PDF Page
Cropping a PDF page comes up more than you'd expect — trimming oversized margins from a scanned document, cutting away a stray column of a webpage that got printed to PDF along with the content you actually wanted, or removing a footer that repeats on every page and gets in the way when the pages are viewed digitally rather than printed.
Steps
- Open the PDF Crop Tool and upload your file.
- Adjust the crop boundary on the page preview.
- Choose whether to apply the crop to just one page or all of them — useful if every page in the document has the same unwanted margin or footer to trim.
- Download the cropped result.
A quick check before applying to every page
If a PDF's pages don't all share exactly the same layout, a single crop setting applied to every page can clip content on pages where the margins were actually different — worth spot-checking a few pages spread through the document, not just the first one, before applying a batch crop across the whole file.
