How to Reorder and Rotate PDF Pages
Scanners are the usual culprit here — feed a stack of paper through slightly wrong and you get a PDF where half the pages are sideways, or a multi-page document that came out of order because a couple of sheets got fed through in the wrong sequence.
Steps
- Open the PDF Page Reorder & Rotate tool and upload the file.
- Drag page thumbnails into the correct order.
- Rotate any sideways or upside-down pages individually.
- Download the corrected file.
A tip for spotting sideways pages quickly
Rather than opening each page individually to check its orientation, scan through the thumbnail view first — sideways and upside-down pages are usually obvious at a glance in a small thumbnail, and it's much faster to fix five rotated pages in one pass through the thumbnails than to click into each page separately.
